Founded by Eric Rogers, the business draws on more than 25 years of operations leadership experience. Our approach is practical: understand the operation, identify opportunities, and measure the results.

Eric’s background spans distribution, fulfillment and transportation, including leadership of a global distribution center, corporate transportation management and freight service-center operations.

He brings experience in operating budgets, labor planning, customer service and automation evaluation—and an understanding that sustainable improvements need to work for the people doing the job.
